OCCUPIED STAGING

This option is ideal for home owners who have limited time and resources to stage their home themselves. Using the items already in your home, we will prepare your home for sale by showcasing its best features through furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, depersonalizing and neutralizing. With this service, two packages are available to accommodate the transformation required to complete the look that would appeal to average home buyers.

Half Day (4 Hours) Staging: $400
Full Day (8 Hours) Staging: $800
Projects exceeding 8 hours are charged at $100 per hour thereafter.

VACANT STAGING
